Cancellation Policy
Please do not come sick and please let me know you are unable to make it. Please confirm your appointment especially if booking multiple services to avoid cancellation. All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time. I understand life happens and rescheduling is necessary but communication is always appreciated. Same day cancellations will be charged full service fee. No show/text will no longer be able to book. Thank you and your appointments are very important to me xo.
