Cancellation Policy
Please confirm your appointment especially if booking multiple services to avoid cancellation. All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time. I understand life happens and rescheduling is necessary but communication is always appreciated. Same day cancellations will be charged full service fee. No show/text will no longer be able to book.
